I have a stamped B1 on my passport and hv used it 5 times in the past each time staying the alloted 90 days. Recently my H1 got approved and am going for stamping next week in India. My question -
1. Provided my visa gets stamped, can I still travel on a B1 the next time I travel.
2. After returning back on the B1, can I re-enter on a H1 (currently the wait to get an H1 stamped is too uge, hence getting it stamped now, but will use later).
3. If I do not return (highly unlikely), but if so, can I change my status from B1 to H1 by joining the company that applied my H1, while still being in the US?
