My father-in-law has come on a visitor B1 visa valid for 3 months which gets expired on Nov12th , but his I-94 is valid till year 2007.. Iheard that we can make him stay based on the I-94 date..
but I am not sure as to any paperwork involved to confirm this ..Is there any??
Or as i heard can i just sit back and relax as i know that I-94 is valid till 2007
