Hi,
My H1 got rejected with 221(G) by Delhi Consulate in Feb'05 saying "WE NEED TO DO ADDITIONAL REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS AND COMPANY AND WILL GET BACK IF APPROVED".I heard nothing after that.
I have total 9 years of IT experience and in May'06 I went for B1 thru MNC.This time I went to Chennai Consulate.They again rejected my B1 with 214(B) saying you earlier tried for a H1 and the petition is still valid.
My questions :
1) Can I get a B1/H1 Visa again
2) Is there a way to cancel my H1 petition
Please help me.
