Same appointment for mother & father-in-law - different sponsors

Hi,

I want to take a joint appointment for my mother and father in law. But whereas I am sponsoring my mother, my brother-in-law is sponsoring my father-in-law. Is this going to be a problem? I just want them to go together because my mother will have difficulty on her own because she is quite old and will need some help.
