visa correction Surname problem

hi ,

I have visited to Delhi embassy and got my B1 visa.
Problem : I dont have surname and given name is " rajesh kumar" on passport. While filling form 156 i filled surname " kumar " and given name "rajesh" by mistake . Now on my visa surname is"kumar" and given name is "rajesh". Which is not matching with passport. there is no spelling mistake. however surname and given name is not matching.

How can i do correction for this. Is there any way to correct it.

Kindly help me out for this.

Hi,

I too have the same problem. I got the passport office to endorse my passport clarifying my Given name and Surname. If you have time, get the consulate to get your visa corrected according to the endorsement. But first, consult VFS.
