I recently changed my address and I updated my address information in bank by calling customer service and I requested the Account Verification Letter for my parents visit visa and I found out that the customer service representative has messed up my Apartment number. Instead of putting 215 she put as 102. I contacted bank’s customer service and she said that she can change the APT# 215 and regenerate the Account Verification Letter but they can’t do anything with my statement as it has already been printed and was mailed out to me.
I have 2 questions:
I know I can do one thing. Go directly to the bank and print the statement but I guess we cannot provide that to the Consulate right.

- If I send my Bank Statement and Account Verification Letter which is having Apt# 102 (which is the wrong one) will that be going to be a problem for my mother’s visa ?
- Will it help If go to a bank and reprint the Account Verification letter with correct address and send Bank statement with wrong apartment# will it be going to be a problem for my mother’s visa ?
- Did anybody had this type of experience ?
