As i over stayed for 16 days on my B1 visa,will i have any problems in
entering the same visa,and i also want my wife and kid to travel with me.
i want to get her a B1 visa.And what r the consequences that i will facing
if i come on the same visa.will they send me back.And company people will also help me in this regards.please help me.i stayed form 12 July 2004
till 24 Oct 2004,he has just extended for 1 dyas,nor he has crossed180
days also.so what do we do.

It may be a problem in entering USA again. It is very subjective and
difficult to say for sure.

anyone who overstays their visa by as little as one day loses that visa (even though there may not be a stamp upon it)....this fact will become apparent the moment you try to enter the US and you will be sent back home to ask for a new visa.;)

Ok fine i understand, What is the solution for this/
I even tried for a new B1 visa,but the VFS did not accept as i had a valid
B1 visa.I am in a fixed.what to do /Now

You should go back to VFS and explain them your visa is supposed to be void
and you need new one.

If they tell you otherwise, (which they shouldn't), you should ask them to
confirm it from the consulate and if possible, get a letter or explaination
from consulate that you don't need new visa (which actually need).
