Tax Returns

Hi,

I am working on H1B..

I am on Employer A for about 3 months. I didn't get any job..
Later I changed to Employer B and on project with them from past 4 months..

Do I need to file any W2 Form with my old Employer? i.e with Employer A?

Please suggest me.
