Hi,
I am presently on H1B. Recently I funded my dad's cancer treatment in India which was over $15K. I was wondering if there is a way to get any tax credits or deduct the medical expenses from my tax filings.
I have read alot of IRS publications & think that its probably not doable, but just wondering if anyone knows of anyother back door approach or strategy that I might not be knowing.
