UK Tourist Visa in Expired Passport

I have a valid tourist UK Visa which is in my Expired Passport.Do I need to transfer this visa to my New passport? for visiting UK?Appreciate your response.

you need to apply with TOC form so tht your new passprt will bear the Visa
