I am getting re-married

I came to the US on a K1 Visa. After being married for 3 1/2 years we got divorced. Before we split up we filed I-751 to remove conditions. One year after, we divorced. I filed for waiver and got my Green Card. I am getting married again in September 2007. I plan to apply for US Citizenship before that. My question is...do I need to inform the INS about getting re-married if I don't apply for Citizenship?

If you are applying on the basis of 5 year rule, you do not need to inform anyone. Who you marry is your business. When you are sending in the forms, you wil need to put down that you are married and such, but since you are not applying on the basisi of marriage, USCIS will not base their decision to who you are married.
