DS-230 and adding wife

i was filed for an i-140. insight please on my situation, i have already received my ds230 and have gathered the requirements already. Along with this, are plans of getting married 1st quarter of 2007, do i have to file completed ds230 form already? or wait until married to be able to include wife on it?

Also, please give insights on h1b filing coming this april, thanks.

You can file DS-230 and add your wife after you get married, but before you get green card. That means, you need to hurry to get married before you get green card.
