My I-94 was marked as No EOS/AOS/COS with b1 and dated may 2007
also it was written on it that "stay limited as per duty SPBO",(WHAT DOES THIS MEAN)
i applied for extension last year and it was approved and i re entered this year to attend interviews
,the immigration officer said i must leave the US before that date, and that i cant extend ,change or adjust the status
i wish to apply for H1B in my home country soon once i get an employer ,hope this attonation on my I-94 wont spoil my chances of getting H1b from my home country
i will definitely leave before then ,no overstaying but want should I do in future which is soon now, so my H1b visa application is not refused?Get an immigration lawyer? or does the SPOB mean no more visa to US pls help
