Help on GC

Hello Everybody,

Please let me know if its a good idea to get married before starting the procedure for GC or other way round. My company is willing to file for GC now. My marriage is scheduled in July. Shall i wait till i get married??

You need to get married just before you go for your green card finger printing (not while starting the GC process). If you file your GC now, your finger printing would not happen before year 2012 so get married as per schedule and stop thinking about the green card.
