Doubts on photos

Hello! I was hoping you smart folks could help me with this question:

where do people normally take the citizenship photos? Is Long's ok?

It's so confusing about whitespace around border and light but not white background, that all I need from you experts is just the place to take it and get it done with.

If you are member of Costco, go there and save 2 or 3 dollars. They take pictures of passport.
