Administrative Processing

I appeared for B1 visa at chennai and she told me that i have gone through visa process, but i have to go through administrative process (10 finger prints) and will take weeks to months and i can check status online.

Did anyone has gone through same process and how much time is required to wait. Please share your views

My VISA is also victim of PAP (pending administrative processing) under 221(g)..
I mailed answers, txt's to the given mail-id nearley 6 weeks back..
Today my processing status is updated as "respond to questionnaire"..
What does it exactly mean..? And what should i have to do?
