At What Point Do I Get an Attorney?

I have been waiting almost 2 years for my citizenship for almost 2 years. All i hear is they are waiting on my background check. I dont understand. I have tried everything but i here the same thing everytime. Now they are doing a service check with the FBI. DOes anyone know what my option/rights are at this point. I have never seen anyone's citizenship take so long. I don't know what to do anymore. It is frustrating. Ihave done the infopass and that's no help. Does anyone know, please. What are my options/rights? Help

You can get an attorney at any time. However, I am not sure what an attorney really can do in such cases.
