citizenship - got interrogated/Invetsigated for child physical abuse

IN Dec 2006, our one year old SON got injured (leg fractured) while playing with my elder SON(He tripped on the little one). myself & my wife were interrogated by Police & Child services for child physical abuse and later dropped the charges. There was no conviction or arrest.

Do I need to mention this in N-400 while applying for citizenship?

Yes, you need to mention them. There should not be any problems in getting citizenship because of that.
