Three months Visa- Extention

My mother has been granted only three months' vistor's visa expiring March 07. She is traveling on Feb 07 and would like to stay for about 5 to 6 months. Is it possible that she might get 6 months stamping on I-94? What paper work is required to do the same?

Yes, it is quite possible. Visa stamp duration and I-94 stamp duration are 2 totally different things. You don't need to do anything special to get 6 months in I-94. Just ask at the airport.
