N 400 - Show self employed or not working?

Hello everyone: I completed 30 months of physical presence in Feb 2005, and since then I have been travelling overseas continuously but maintained continuous residence by not leaving USA for more than 6 months. I have had a registered an LLC company in my name but have not been able to generate any income from the company nor I have been employed since then.

I would be filing N400 in May 2007.

QUESTION: on the employment history is it better to show NO employment during that period or state the name of my own company and show occupation as entrepreneur or director of the company?

If you have not really been doing anything in that company and that company is not doing any business and not making any money, there is no point in showing anything regarding that company.
