Query wrt Husband's Eligibility for Citizenship

I got my GC ikn 2002 and will be eligibility for Citizenship this year. My husband got his GC last year early 2006 through his employer independent of me.

Now.. when can be apply for his Citizenship ? We married end of 2004. So doesn that qualify him to apply end of 2007 ? because we have been married and have been staying togetherr for the past three year.. this is ofcourse assuming that I am a citizen by then ? Because for spouse of Citizen it is 2 years and 9 months which is the qualifying .. or does it mean.. 2 yrs and 9 months since I became citizen ?

Since both of your GCs are employement based, you can apply after 4 years and 9 months. 2 years and 9 months starts after you became the citizen.
