Hi There,
I find myself in a predicament regarding an immigration situation.
I am on a H1-B visa(came to US in year 2000) currently going through the
Green Card Process with my employer. Recently cleared Labor -- currently processing I-140. My employer is laying me off(among others). I would like to know if I can transfer my H1-B to another employer ? What are the options before me ?
