N-400 Filing Question - Please help

I am currently working on paperwork for N-400 and have some questions.

1. On section G-33 (Selective Service), what should I fill. I came to US on H1-B few months before my 26th B'day.

2. On section D-16, regarding citations, is traffic ticket is considered citation. If yes what all I need to provide.

1. It does not matter how old you were when you were on H1. It only matters what your age was when you got your greencard.

2. Yes, you need to mention them. Just provide the information asked in the form.

I am a little confused here. In an earlier thread (http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12055) it was said that we dont need to mention small traffic citations like the ones for Stop sign, Red light...etc. Anything other than DUI, Drug related charges dont need to be mentioned. Thats my understanding? Is it right?
