I Sent the packet (form N-400 and rest) via US Postal Certified Mail with Senders Receive Confirmation. When I track it by label at US postal service website it is saying:

Label/Receipt Number: 7006 xxx xxxx xxxxx 4032
Status: Notice Left

We attempted to deliver your item at 2:06 PM on February 21, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.


Does it mean it would come back to me if after few tries ?:confused:

Hi there,

I just saw your posting about your application for Citizenship filed at Mesquite Texas on Feb, 2007. I also have applied for citizenship in March 07, I have got the FP date for April 12,2007

Just out of curisoty, how far are you along on your application?

I too applied at the same location

1. Wife's application mailed March 23rd
Check encashed March 29th

2. My application mailed March 23rd
Check encashed April 11th.

After how many days since the check was encashed did you get the receipt and FP notice?

Yes,

i sent my application with the money order. I did not send the check , so i don't have any way of knowing when they would cashed that.

They sent me the I sent my application on March 17 and send me notice on March 28th that the application has been receievd. Then they send me another FP Appointment letter on March 30th.I just went for Fingerprint appointment i.e April 12 at Fort worth Office.

Thank you for the details. Yes surely we will keep in touch. I would also encourage you to put your details in the tracker if thats not an issue with you.

I am still awaiting any notification from USCIS since I mailed my application. All I know is that the checks are encashed.

I sent my N-400 Application(include all documents and $400 check) to Vermont INS center by USPS Express Mail on April 11 th. Check encashed on April 16 th. I am waiting for the Application Receipt Number letter and FP also.
When will i get the receipt and FP notice?
