Hi,
I filled Income Tax Returns for the year 2005 - 2006 using the Form 16 given by company. I hadn't taken any xerox copy of the Form 16. Now I need it as a proof for getting Home Loan. I asked my company to issue the same. But they denied to issue it again. Is there any way to get a copy of the Form 16 from income tax office? I am residing in Chennai.
