Hello,
My dad just became a US Citizen and wants to apply for my sister who is 11yrs old and is a PR. i have read the instructions and I think N 600 is the form that he has to submit.
Am I going to the right track?? she lives w/my brother abroad w/a permission from USCIS to study. If we apply for her, does she have to come to USA. she is planning to come here soon...to visit us....
