Received Interview Notice but not for spouse

I received my interview notice within one week after FP but my wife didn't received it yet, so I called up FBI to check FP status and they told me that her FP got rejected because of poor quality, so she needs to get FP done again.

Do you know how much it takes to get another FP notice?

I called the FBI @ 304-625-2000 and they will connect you customer service (Press Option 3 to speak to a rep). They can only verify your FP status and not name check.
