Travelling to India(URRRGent)

Hi,

I am going to India this weekend. I am planning to apply for citizenship after I come back after 6 weeks. Do I have to wait for any specific time to apply after coming back. ( its been almost 6 years since I got my green card).

Apply after getting back from India.. These days the FP are done within a month of you filing for citizenship. Since you have completed 6 years you are eligible to apply keeping in mind you satisfy the other default conditions (like having 30 months of residency in the US after getting the greencard and you have not stayed for more than a year outside the country).
