ABOUT OF230PART1 AND OF169

Can anyone let me know that whether I should submit of230part1 and of169 one copy of each form for me and for my wife or is it sufficient that I submit one form of each for both of us.

I did one for each.

of230 part I needs to be definitely filled for each applicant.

As for OF169, I interpreted it as to be filled by the primary applicant only.

So I filed with one OF169 and two OF230 (me and wife) and case was accepted.
