Got information from my lawyer on this issue:-
After a day of reviewing, the Lawyer Office has informed me that this "News is not Official yet" and has advised me against it.
The above for reference of all readers. I am taking my Lawyers' advice. :\

Thanks Sky clipper. I assumed as much...it was too goood to be official. I hope it does in the near future however. While I still have time before my I 824 gets approved.;)

I think you meant the I-140/I-485.
About the I-864, I have considerable anxiety about this form v/s the I-134! This web-site says at one point that "I-864 Affidavit of Support.... This form will be sent ONLY FOR Family Based Immigration and NOT for Employment Based Immigration. For married applicants(employment based), Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) should be submitted at the time of interview."
So for my Packet 3, should I enclose the I-864 or should I enclose the I-134, or should I carry a copy of each to the Consulate when I fly out?
Somebody who can shed more light on this one!!
