Hi,

DO NOT PAY. You shouldnt and it doesnt cost that much to do H1 visa.
Visa cost is 690+ Legal fees for lawyer which everything is handled by employer. And do not give your original documents.
If they are asking money, decline the offer..all are useless cheats and greedy pigs. Why should you pay when you are going to work for him?
No one pays, this is all fraud.

Consulting companies..most of them are frauds and give you a hard time.some of them dont even do your H1 visa and they give you late paychecks and I had to literally beg for my own pay-check.
I sincerely suggest searching for jobs elsewhere.Thats my stand on these clowns and they fake your resume.I had no expereince n they made a fake resume showing 6 years expereince. Gave me a hard time, avoid "indian consultants" they are useless and a disgrace. One word ...they are "loosers".

690$ i meant.but whatever be the case you shouldnt be paying for your H1 ,the employer should.

It's a total fraud company. Will suck you like anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You wouldn't get your salary slips and increment like peanuts.....
The employer never gives salary slips to the consultants so that you cannot get your H1 transfered becuase that's what you would think of after constant harassment.... :( and you wouldn't be able to do that without salary slips............
MUST AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
AT ANY COST!!!

and last but not the least...WATCH OUT FOR ANY NAME CHANGES OF THE COMPANY...
IT HAS A HISTORY OF CHANGING NAMES WHEN EMPLOYEES FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM...IT WAS CALLED "SotwareArt"/ Software Art earlier...now's it's Bramha infotech....
tomorrow it may be something else!

DON'T FALL PREY TO THEM........

The above comments are very true, even i got struck with these guys,, they donot give you the pay stubs,,, I had to survive under their torture with false promises for paystubs and salary hike. And even after an year they still didn't gave me my paystubs. hence after that i took the risk and got through the h1b transfer sucessfully with the help of another consultancy.. the point is waiting one year with them is useless, u still be in the same position as you were when you joined them.

This company is fraud.

Nicky, Shawn, Nishesh and Daryl all are of same category. I think somebody should complaint to Labour for their activities. They some times don't even pay what your client is paying. They say that they are going to pay you initially till the time you don't get the project. Don't believe them they are just bunch of losers. Don't believe the words of shawn, Nishesh (Who doesn't even know how to speak english properly but gives everyone a lesson how to crack interviews :)) they all speak what Nicky spoonfeed them.

Rakesh who is another crock in the same pond handles the stuff in India.

Never Never pay them anything.

How/why would so many people team up against your angel company? Does the recent ICE enforcement have anything to do with you trying to clear your name all of a sudden? If you were aware of the postings, why did you not post a rebuttal for so long? What took you so much time to respond?

I would think immihelp would protect the privacy of its users and not supply you with all the IPs just because you ask for them. What are you going to do with their IP address?

First try to fix the company policies and pay everyone on time and on bench following the H1b laws. The reputation will possibly automatically improve in its own time and due course.

Dear Immihelp,

I was not aware that you conduct your business through this forum. Sorry for the inconvenience. I had written earlier with an intent to put an add on your forum. We would like to put a banner ad. The reason is simple since there are so many people with their stories on your site. We would like to put an ad right on the forum page and will be willing to answer any questions that prospective employees or just an occasional blogger has. Even for the past employees with an opinion.

I think they can get both the sides of the stories. How 1 candidate tells us that his father is in ICU and had a heart attack and wants to go to India, that very day he gets an interview and suddenly father recovers and everything is well. When somebody says that his mother passed away and he needs to go for the last rites and you find that next week he is in NC working on new assignment for $3 more. How when someone needs a laptop to study and communicate with the family and the next thing you know the guy never shows up. At he time of H1 application and stamping the need is 65k and as son as they land they need 90k. Of course don't forget the the H1 album most people have with multiple H1's. I am sure both the parties can go on and on

Again these are no excuses but the reasons why aliases are used to spread the word. I have no issues with people writing what they like and I have no issues in people declining our offers. Since immihelp is a chosen platform would love to use the same to address the issues.

This will our last official post. If any parties are interested can contact us without any hesitation

Thank you again

Bramha Infotech is a f..king fraud company who had taken 90K as the security amount and against the agreement they had withdrawn the amount and now they are so reluctant to answer the calls or mails. I am tired of reaching them since quite few months after my visa interview. Moreover for the couple of calls that was answered by f..ker Rakesh who handles fraud operations from india is so very unbearable due to his rude and negligent response. AVOID AVOID AVOID from getting yourself loosing such a big amount of 90K for nothing. They are such a loosers and greedy AHs who suck your lives.

And you Bramha, you say - If any parties are interested can contact us without any hesitation. But if you are more concerned about your reputation then keep up your words and go as per the agreement. If you are very much right then why dont you pick the calls or answer to the mails sent to you. You cannot survive longer in this kind of fraud business. It is sure enough that you are under cover by the way Rakesh answers to the phone calls.Mind you, I would not rest until I get back my hard earned money from you. Give my money back or else I have to go to any extent that would ruin your business very badly and it would be tough for you to retain yourself in the market.

Bramha infotech has opened a new company with some other name just because there H1s were not getting approved. So Beware of names like

Nicky kedia, Rakesh kedia, shawn patel, Gokul, Nishesh and Daryl.
Somebody should inform INS that they are performing this kind of businees in connection in India and US.

They should be put behind the bars.

Guys BEWARE!!!! They are crooks not more than PIMPS keep on opening new company once they fail in the previous one.

Hi

Brahma Infotech, SoftwareArt, BrahmaIt, Michael Williams Consulting LLC are Fraud Company where Nicky Kedia ( Original Name : Nilesh Kedia ) do lot of Fraud Activity.

1. You will NOT get your payslips. So H1 transfer will become difficult.

2. Constant threats, like you breached the contract and I will send you lawyer notice ( If Brahma Infotech is a middle vendor to you )

3. Will get all the payments from the Client company and Will not even pay the final consulting company who provided the Consultant to their company to work for the end Client. So the consultant who worked for the client many times will not get the Salary from their company because Nicky never paid that company on time.

4. Lot of law suits are against this company for Fraud
http://dockets.justia.com/search?query=Kedia&search=Search&stateorcourt=state-nj&lawsuittype=&documentfilter=allcases&cases=mostrecent&min-day=1&min-month=1&min-year=2004&max-day=27&max-month=10&max-year=2009

5. Vendors/ Consulting companies, please do not make any contract with this company. you will never get the last 3-4 months payments. You need to run from pillar to post to get some amount of your last 3-4 months payments.

NEVER EVER Work this company.
If you are Ready to Work like SLAVE, you can consider this company. Still it will be difficult for you to work with them. You will loose your mind dealing with these criminal people who takes advantage of people new to US and takes advantage of the law by having many lawyers on their side.

NEVER EVER Work this company directly or in-directly.

You can complain to DOL with all the proofs to the wages and hour division

Here is the website

http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/employer-h1b-violations-complaint-procedure.html

You will have to send the form to the exact labor department office falling under your companies district. Sometimes labor department is little slow in handling cases, so you can do a followup about your complaint.

Please make a copy of the complaint you submit using the wh-4 form
and sent it by registered post (FedEx or DHL or UPS ) will do.
Submit as much information as possible.

You have to do regular followups with the above link i had given since DOL is not smart enough to take up the case quickly. There are some issues with DOL..most of the time there inquiry will complete only in one year to two year time period. If proved fraudulent company will be penalized. All this you can do from India itself.

I know cases with DOL where they don't do proper timely action, For example even if you point to direct violation about the employer they keep mum and this help employer to engage in further violations. Even i know cases where it was very clear that the employer was not having a proper LCA for the job , for several employees and even after naming the employees in bench without pay DOL didnt take any immediate action which they should do if they are keen on enforcing the law.

Anyway something is better than nothing. You should definitely file the complaint with DOL. Also notice that if you are from India , Overseas affairs ministry of India is also having mechanism to trap fraudulent employers.

Hi Dear ,
Thanks for your valuable suggestions,I am another victim to these frauds.I applied with them last year for an H1 B visa. They took 90 K from me ,but my Visa never came.
Now that Rakesh kedia has even stopped picking up my call and is nudging away from giving my hard earned money.I went to the police but that also proved not any good in grabbing that guy.

My wish is to thrash that guy openly on the road but i would keep it as my last option.
Please tell, that WH4 would be of any avail 2 me or not?as I never got my visa so i doubt some american law enforcement agency will help me at all in such case.

I would want to create a forum for all of us people who lost our money to Brahma Infotech and lets drag them to court and get them punished and if law does not help , I will be the first one to knock their heads off if got a chance.

All who are equally dis satisfied wih Brahma Infotech , lets join hands in breaking this comapny's and their owners back, untill they give back our money.
please contact me @ pisces238509@yahoo.in.com

I read all these posts and now I realize that I had joined the biggest fraud last year. By the way, he has changed his company's name again..it's Novastar now. Apparently, he sold off both michael williams and bramha and ran back to india.

so far, i was lucky to get my pay stubs and payment on time. however, he has hold off my i-797 and is not releasing till date. now i need to transfer my visa. How can i do it without i-797?

also, does anyone has his india home or office address? I'd appreciate anyone's response or help in this matter.
