Can i get ITIN for my parents, inlaws as dependents

I am on H1 and planning to get ITIN for my parents and inlaws. They stayed with us for 176 days.

Are they eligible to get ITIN ?

There used to be some way to get ITIN for parents if they live with you more than 180 days in that tax year. After 180 days they maybe eligible to get ITIN.
