OK dont think that i am a noob about this just because it is my first post here on this forum.
Ok i have invested at a couple HYIP programs over the past month , i have has some good experiences and some very bad ones where i lost some money. Now the thing is that these HYIP programs are just to easy to make.
I could buy a hyip script , domain name and hosting all under fake information. Then start up my program and within a couple of weeks just run and no one can do anything about . To many people are getting away with this. As far as i know this is illegal. How come no one does anything about it is it because no one wants to see them go because they make money from them?
