My daughter was born in the US, and we are now back in India and plan to stay here permanently. She came here on a 6-month visa, which has now expired. Should I keep renewing her visa, or apply for a PIO/OCI card? What is the difference between PIO & OCI and which is applicable in this case?

OCI card is applicable to kids whose parents are US citizens. I think in your case, you would need to apply for PIO card for your daughter. Please post your experiences of moving back to India (how did you apply for jobs? interviews? etc) since there are a lot of people who plan the same.
