H1b Consultants in Bangalore or US

Hello All,

I am looking for some good consultants in bangalore or US who can assist me in getting a Job in US.I do not have VISA.I have 2 years IT experience.Would be really great if anyone could post the consultancy details.

Consulting companies..most of them are frauds and give you a hard time.some of them dont even do your H1 visa and they give you late paychecks and I had to literally beg for my own pay-check.
I sincerely suggest searching for jobs elsewhere.Thats my stand on these clowns and they fake your resume.I had no expereince n they made a fake resume showing 6 years expereince. Gave me a hard time,avoid "indian consultants" they are useless and a disgrace.One word ...they are "loosers".

I think you are strongly damaged by Indian consultancy. We can read your statement..

But unless you say what went wrong with you.. we can not understand .

This is what I went through :
1) I was promised a H1 visa, never got it, he was just lazy and wanted to start process only after getting placed.
2) Refused to show your own H1 application.All i asked was a copy of it and you have the right to ask that because its is your application.
3) Late pay-checks. instead of the first, I used to get mine after the 2nd week.
4) No health insurance or dental insurance
5) Fakes your resume A - Z except your name..everything is changed and added.
6) pay-slips was never given.It was infact emailed lik a pdf document.

So this was my experience, I leave it to you ..its your choice.

I dont care if anyone had a good experience with consultants.they are still loosers and a disgrace for atleast faking resumes and just cheats.

Some more points I'd like to add to Topcatin's facts about consulting:

7. As a software consultant on an H1 in the US, you will never ever get a promotion. All your ex-colleagues in India will keep getting promotions while you will always stay a consultant in the US with no one reporting to you.
8. There are no retirement benefits (no PPF).
9. No job security - Client can ask you to leave anytime. Thats when you come on bench. No consulting companies pay you on bench.
10. When you get a new project, you may have to move to another city. If the middleman on the new project does not pay your company, then your company does not pay you.
