Canadian Citizen on L1, applying for greencard

HI I am canadian naturelized citizen. I am in US on L1 Blanket Visa. I have heard it takes less time for L1 Visa holders to get GC. is it true? How much time does it generally takes for GC in this situation?

Am I eligible to apply GC incase I change my status to TN Visa, incase i need to switch job?
