need some inputs on EB2 Process

Hi,

please advise me on EB2 and EB3 process.

i have a bachelor and masterd degree in engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software from U.K .

i am a software engineer working in US . want to apply for a green Card .

what is the criteris , amm i eligible to apply under EB2 category or is there any salary constraint for that as awell. Please let me know .
