Please help:parents visitor visa extension

I need some help in applying for my parents visitor visa extension.

I-94 expires on Aug-14-2007. I'm planning to apply for extension in July 1st week.

1) My husband was the sponsor while my parents applied for visa. Now I'm working. For extension application should I mention me or my husband as sponsor?

2) Do we have to submit original I94? I noticed that one of our member said that he received denial with reason as orig I94 not supplied.

3) My plan is to apply for extension but parents will leave before getting the approval/denial.
What is the processing time? what will be the right time for them to leave?

4) I'm planning to submit the following docs. Pls let me know if any other evidence should be submitted
I-539
Passport copy
I94 copy
Letter stating the reason for requesting extension (who should write this letter me or parents? does anyone have a sample letter? )
US bank statement
I-134 (Is this needed?)

1. Either one.
2. No, don't do that. Submit COPY only.
3. Processing times is 3-4 months. They can leave whenever they want.

Regarding docs to be submitted, I read the article for which you gave me the link and it says,

"Proof of financial support (see visitor visa section for this)"

Does this mean that we have to provide all the docs that we (sponsor) provided for getting visitor visa (I134,pay slips,W2,Bank stmts)

Do we need any docs from my parents
