Hello,

My husband has approved labour. His employer will be filing 140 & 485 very soon. I & my daughter are here on H4. Do we need to file seperate 485 too?

My visa expires sep 07 & I94 in oct . My husband has got his new 797 approved till 2010 .
We would filing for my h4 extension very soon.

Yes all dependents required to file 485.

you dont need to file a separate I485 in time but separate form to be fill-up and of course the fee, part of the forms to be fill-up by your husband is your name as a wife and your children specifying filing together and on your form part of it to mark: your husband/parent is applying for green card. Look at the form I485. by right you should renew your H4 along with your husband if you came here together? but anyway I dont see any reason for you to renew it since you are already filing an adjustment of status...verify it from your lawyer
