EAD Re-Apply Notice

I had applied i485 and i765...My husband has already got his EAD whereas my card went back to the post office saying it was undeliverable. since my online status wanted me to verify the address and i did so. I just received a letter from the USCIS stating that the it has been 90 days since the application date and they don't hold pending issues for more than 90 days. They have asked me to re-apply along with the fees. I don't think this is fair...has it happened to anybody?

Yea it has happenned to me. The Ead was approved and sent to me . I dont know if it was delivered to my address or lost in transit, I had to wait for 6 months to figure it out and then reapplied with fees. All the best
