twice travel - comb over 6months

I have my GC which would be completing 5yrs in Aug 2007.
I had to travel to India (personal trip) and was there for almost 5months ( 4months and 20 days). I have to go there again in August and will return by Oct first week. First trip ( Jan -Jun). Sec trip ( Aug-Sep).
Q1. Will I be asked anything at the port of entry? Any problems with my GC? Should I bring in documents while returning? What should I be prepared for?

Q2. Will this affect if I apply for Citizenship? I am thinking of applying in Jul.

Immihelp - Kindly let know if you have any suggestion. I am planning for the second trip ( Family reasons ) and will have to make a decision soon.

GC - 5yrs
First Trip - Approx 5months ( 4months + )
Sec Trip planning Aug-Sept
Will there be an issue while returning? what kind of docs required just to be prepared?

Will there be issues if I file application for Citizenship?
Prior travels since GC - 30days only totally outside US - couple of years back.
