Hello,

Need advice/suggestion's !!!!

Problem Description:

I've been to United States on Jan 2007 through a michigan based consultancy. Later I was placed on project for 6 months.

Then I was without a project for abt 3 weeks.Finally I managed to change into another company by initiating H1 transfer.

I've signed a bond/contract in michgan stating I need to work for 18 months. If not, there are lots of clauses mentioned in contract.

Initially they have not paid me till I got the project.

Now the michigan consultancy has served me a court summons (well, I've not received yet).

Need suggestions to handle this situation. Any good reference for attorney in michigan is of great help.
