I am on L1 visa, applied my I-140 last year in June,06 approved in March,07. Then I applied for I-485 in May,07. What priority date I should consider for tracking?? Application date of I-140 or application date of I-485??
Any idea?? Also I am not sure if visa number is whether "current" for 1st category or "Unavailable" as it varies on website and telephone sysem.
