AP Approved -But it taking too long to reach us in mail

Hi ,
Our AP was approved and mailed on march 12 and we have not yet recevied today is march 29.
Do anyone know how long it normally takes to get the documents in mail??
We tried calling INS and postal service to find out ,INS says to wait until 30 days.
Any advise for getting the documents sooner so that we can travel ASAP.

Yeah!! In my wife's case the Advance parole was approved on march 3rd 2004 according to the online status. We have not received it by mail till date (04/08/2004).
What is the procedure to ask TSC to resend it as we have not received it?
Does it takes more than a month for us to receive the same?
Can we go directly to the TSC with documents and ask them for a copy?
Please advise
