I am an Indian citizen I am an Income Tax payer for the last 8-10 years. I want to add ECNR in my passport. (Emmigration check not required).

Kindly let me know if I can directly come to Worli passport office or should I have to register myself first on internet. If so please let me know the website for the same.

Please also let me know in details the documents to be carried alongwith passport so that the work is completed at one stroke.
