Urgent:No Mother name in the Non Availability Cert

we recently got the Non availability certificate and since my father requested it , it did not have my mothers name in it. Does it create any problem without my mothers name?
B'cos my mother and uncle gave me the affidavit of birth.Will this affidavit be valid since my mothers name is not in the NAC?

Hi,

I got my Non availability of certificate from Madurai which is given on Form 11.
It says that a search has been made on the birth records of my birth year but my birth has not been registered. My name is not there in this certificate but only my parents name is there stating that the child's birth of this couple is not registered.

Is that Valid or what should I do.
