Hi, i'm filling in Request for a hearing on a decision, and i' confused here - can i fill for my self at all? Form clearly asks to check the box to show whether person filling is attorney or legal representative. Or i can unmarked that and fill it myself?:confused: Thanks, running out of time here. Sergey.
