EAD - Reapply ???

Hi,

I already got my EAD approved in December 2003 and expected to receive it after 14days of approval but somehow I didn't receive it to my mailing address.

When I spoke to my lawyer she says INS will not resend it again if it go tmissed through Mailing.

So you need to apply again for EAD ? is it true since I don't have my fault in this.. I'm confused

Can anyone faced this problem..any suggestions

I am sorry, but u have to reapply again. Ins will reissue EAD only if the origianl one which they sent out to u returned bak to them. We were in the same boat as u are and it took 6 months for us to discover that we had to reapply again . Anyways try checking ur dead letter office . Did u change ur address after u applied for the EAD.

Best bet is to reapply, so as not to waste time. Which service center is it anyways?
