I go my GC in jun 25, 2002 . My wife is in India now. Can I apply citizenship for her.

She gotta be physically in your district you are applying for for a specific period before applying. Usually 90 day?
How long has she been out of usa?

2 months. She will be returning on Aug 11. I was also there till July 17.
So can we apply only after 90 days returning from India?

There is no "We" in the citizenship application unlike 485 where your wife presumably drew benefits from you as a dependent. So each application is treated as independent, even if you send it in the same application.
You don't need to wait 90 days from overseas trip to file. She can file as soon as she arrives from India. You should have filed before fee increase if you were eligible based on 5 yrs less 90 days rule.
