L2 EAD to GC

hi any body can advise.

I am on L2 visa and got my EAD. Will I be eligible for Green Card.

If yes what is the procedure.

not just because you have an EAD, prospective employer will file for labor then I140 then you apply for GC.

If you are eligible then you can apply for labor-exempt I-140.
